This book was written on the occasion of the passing of the esteemed scholar Ayatollah Mohammad-Taqi Mesbah Yazdi (may God’s mercy be upon him), with the aim of providing a concise overview of his thought and his contributions to the revival of Islamic sciences and teachings. The book consists of four chapters: the first discusses his philosophical status and services; the second addresses his role in the development of religious thought; the third reviews his mystical views; and the fourth explores various dimensions of his personality.
